Growth plan for Perelel, 8 Oct 2026
Scale spend. Hold CAC.
Perelel already has proof: 4.9 stars across 3,455 reviews and a pack for every stage, from conception to perimenopause. The plan turns that into creator-led ads, kills the losers early, and holds one number: a $28.32 target CAC.

- Target CAC
- $28.32
- New ads a week at peak
- 20
- Creators live by week six
- 10
- Test spend, six weeks
- $24,000

01 The number
One number to protect: $28.32 CAC on a $59 average order
The one number to protect is a target CAC of $28.32. It is the guard line, 0.6 of a $47.20 ceiling built on a $59 average order, 40% margin and one repeat order. Spend scales only while new customers cost less than that.
Protect
Target CAC: $28.32 on a first purchase
Ceiling = average order × margin × (1 + repeat orders): $59 × 40% × (1 + 1) = $47.20. Guard line = 0.6 × $47.20 = $28.32. Across the ranges: $8.92 to $634.72.
Three moves
- Kill losing ads early, one variable per test, so budget moves only to winners.
- Read daily CAC against $28.32 and pause any ad set that stays above it.
- Check payback monthly on cohorts, using the 30-day subscription cycle.
- reviews shown at 4.9 stars

- Published
- off every subscription order, every month
- 15%

02 Variety
Stage packs need a different hook for each life stage
Each ad concept has to carry one reason to buy and one life stage. A Conception Support Pack ad and a Mom Multi Support Pack ad need different openings, proof and offers. One variable changes per test, so a loser tells me why it lost.
| Reason to buy | Proof you already have | Ads (proposed) |
|---|---|---|
| Formulated by OB/GYNs | formulation by OB/GYNs | 5 |
| Purity testing | Micro, heavy metal & purity testing | 4 |
| First order offer | Get 15% off Your First Order | 3 |
| Pumpkin Chai taste | Tastes like: Warm spice, creamy pumpkin, a hint of chai | 3 |
| Thousands of reviews | 4.9 Stars (3,455 Reviews) | 1 |
| Subscribe and save | Get 15% off every month when you subscribe. | 1 |
| Clinical trial results | In a clinical trial, lactoferrin was shown to support healthy iron levels after 30 days. | 1 |
| Total | The ad concepts tab | 18 |

Each row is a reason to buy that the brand already has proof for. The count is how many of the ads carry it: a reason with a single ad is a bet, not a pattern, and the next batch of concepts moves toward the reasons that win.
03 Disturbances
Seven risks, from stacked 15% first-order codes to claims wording
| Disturbance | Likelihood | Impact | Owner | Gate (proposed) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ad copy drifts past the brand's own health wording on fertility and hormone packs | Med | High | Both | Every ad line matches the pack page wording before launch; no exceptions. |
| Stacked first-order codes (15% PERELELMAMA, 20% FORBES20) blur which offer wins | Med | Med | Your team | One first-order offer live per test; a second code only after day 30. |
| CAC stays above the guard line while spend scales | Med | High | Me | Pause any ad set whose CAC sits above $28.32 for a full week. |
| Creator supply runs slower than the ramp to 10 live by week six | Med | Med | Me | If fewer than 6 creators are live by week four, hold ad volume at 12 a week. |
| Quiz and subscription events are not tracked, so CAC and payback are blind | High | High | Your team | Quiz and subscription events reach reporting before Week 1 spend starts. |
| The one repeat order in the ceiling is wrong for stage packs that people stop at birth | Med | High | Both | Week one cohort data replaces the repeat guess; the ceiling is rebuilt before week three spend. |
| Early cancellations on the 30-day subscription erode payback | Med | Med | Your team | Subscription share of first orders is reported weekly; a drop for two weeks pauses scale. |
Scores are my read from outside the company, re-scored in week one with your data. Each risk has one owner and one gate that can be checked with a number, so nobody has to argue about whether it happened.
04 The ceiling
The $47.20 ceiling is a guess until week one replaces it
| Line | Value | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Average order | $59 (range $17.00–$470.16) | Assumption Range from the site product prices (Published); the midpoint is a guess |
| Gross margin | 40% (range 35–45%) | Assumption Replace in week one |
| Repeat orders after the first | 1 (range 0.5–2) | Assumption Replace with cohort data in week one |
| Margin per customer, all orders | $47.20 | Calculated Average order × margin × (1 + repeat orders) |
| Guard line for CAC | $28.32 | Calculated 0.6 × the margin per customer |
The math, with the assumed lines
Ceiling = average order × margin × (1 + repeat orders): $59 × 40% × (1 + 1) = $47.20. Guard line = 0.6 × $47.20 = $28.32. Across the ranges: $8.92 to $634.72.
Range across the assumptions: $9 to $635.
The $47.20 ceiling mixes a $59 order, a 40% margin and one repeat order. Those are my assumptions, not Perelel data. Week one replaces them with your real numbers.
The ceiling is a range, not one number: the most a new customer can cost before shipping and packaging, which I do not have. Replace the guessed lines with yours and every figure below recalculates.
05 Test ramp
Six weeks of tests, $24,000, starting at 12 ads a week
| Week | New ads × budget / ad (proposed) | Weekly test spend | Cumulative | Creators posting | CAC target (proposed) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 12 × $250 | $3,000 | $3,000 | 0 | $28 |
| 2 | 12 × $250 | $3,000 | $6,000 | 2 | $28 |
| 3 | 12–20 × $250 | $4,000 | $10,000 | 4 | $28 |
| 4 | 12–20 × $250 | $4,000 | $14,000 | 6 | $28 |
| 5 | 20 × $250 | $5,000 | $19,000 | 8 | $28 |
| 6 | 20 × $250 | $5,000 | $24,000 | 10 | $28 |
Six weeks, one rule: more ads only after the last batch earns it. Weeks one and two run 12 ads at $250 each, $3,000 a week. Weeks three and four run 12–20 ads, $4,000. Weeks five and six run 20 ads, $5,000. Total $24,000 of tests, Proposed.
The math. Week 1: 12 × $250 = $3,000; Week 2: 12 × $250 = $3,000; Week 3: 16 × $250 = $4,000; Week 4: 16 × $250 = $4,000; Week 5: 20 × $250 = $5,000; Week 6: 20 × $250 = $5,000. Total $24,000 (96 ads × $250). A range such as 12–20 counts as its midpoint.
Weeks one and two test what the brand already has, rewritten per reason to buy. From week three, creator videos enter paid only after they beat their own account median. A range of new ads counts as its midpoint in the spend column.
06 Volume
More concepts, more winners: 20 concepts, 2 winners
Creative volume moves CAC because winners are rare. At 20 concepts I assume 2 winners; at 80, 8. Hit rate and spend per winner are assumptions, not Perelel data.
| Concepts tested / month | Hit rate (assumed) | New winners / month | Spend each winner holds (assumed) | Added spend at target CAC |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20 | 10% | 2 | $300 / day | $18,000 / month |
| 40 | 10% | 4 | $300 / day | $36,000 / month |
| 60 | 10% | 6 | $300 / day | $54,000 / month |
| 80 | 10% | 8 | $300 / day | $72,000 / month |
The math. 20 concepts × 10% = 2 winners × $300 × 30 days = $18,000 a month; 40 concepts × 10% = 4 winners × $300 × 30 days = $36,000 a month; 60 concepts × 10% = 6 winners × $300 × 30 days = $54,000 a month; 80 concepts × 10% = 8 winners × $300 × 30 days = $72,000 a month.
The hit rate and the spend each winner holds are placeholders. The first thirty days of tests replace them with real numbers, and the table is recalculated the same day.
07 Allocation
$100,000 split so tests never starve the winners
- Creative testing across the stage packs
- $25,000
- 25%
- Scaling winners on Meta
- $45,000
- 45%
- Creator pay and product seeding
- $20,000
- 20%
- Landing pages and tracking
- $10,000
- 10%
Shares of the $100,000 budget, Proposed. Tests stay near the $24,000 ramp; the rest moves to whichever concept clears the $28.32 guard line.
The math. 25% × $100,000 = $25,000; 45% × $100,000 = $45,000; 20% × $100,000 = $20,000; 10% × $100,000 = $10,000. Sum 100% = $100,000.
This split is a proposal. It moves toward scaling as winners prove out, and toward testing when fatigue shows.
08 Channels
Meta opens first; four more channels open only on proof
| Channel | Open when (proposed) | Why wait |
|---|---|---|
| Meta | Week one, with the stage packs and one first-order offer. | Creator video tests get the fastest read on CAC. |
| TikTok | When two creator hooks clear the guard line on Meta. | Same creator videos, second read on hook strength. |
| When quiz and subscription events reach reporting. | A weekly doctor-backed newsletter already exists to carry repeat orders. | |
| Google Search | When Meta CAC holds at $28.32 for a full week. | Searchers for prenatal and fertility packs already know the need. |
| YouTube | After 10 creators are live. | Pregnancy and postpartum questions get asked in long form. |
A channel opens when its condition is true, not when the calendar says so. Until then the budget stays where the CAC is earned.
09 Payback
Payback decides: a $50 CAC never pays back on a $59 order
Payback is the real constraint. With a $59 order, 40% margin and one repeat order, CAC $15 pays back on the first order with $32.20 left. CAC $30 pays after repeat orders, $17.20 left. At $50 or $65 it never pays back: stop.
Cumulative margin per customer, order by order, before CAC: $23.60, $47.20.
| CAC (scenario) | First-order margin | Year-one margin | Left after CAC | Payback |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $15 | $23.60 | $47.20 | $32.20 | First order |
| $30 | $23.60 | $47.20 | $17.20 | After repeat orders |
| $50 | $23.60 | $47.20 | −$2.80 | Never: stop |
| $65 | $23.60 | $47.20 | −$17.80 | Never: stop |
The math. CAC $15: $47.20 − $15 = $32.20 left; pays back: First order; CAC $30: $47.20 − $30 = $17.20 left; pays back: After repeat orders; CAC $50: $47.20 − $50 = −$2.80 left; pays back: Never: stop; CAC $65: $47.20 − $65 = −$17.80 left; pays back: Never: stop.
Read each row left to right: the margin of the first purchase, the margin over the whole horizon, what is left after CAC, and the purchase on which the CAC is earned back. A scenario that never pays back is a stop, not a test.
10 Scope
Scope: creative, creators and reporting, not your site build
Covers
- Ad concepts and a hook library for each Perelel life stage
- Creator briefing and the weekly video flow
- Meta account setup, testing and daily CAC reporting
- Landing page briefs for each stage pack
Doesn’t
- Product, formulation and pricing decisions
- Site build and checkout changes
- Medical or health claims sign-off
- Event tracking build: I spec it, your team ships it
What this plan covers is what I can change inside the ad account and the creator program. Everything outside it is named on the right so nobody assumes it is handled.
Gates, written before spend, so stopping isn’t a negotiation.
| Day | Keep going if (proposed) | Stop or change if |
|---|---|---|
| Day 14 | Two creators live, 12 ads running and at least one ad ahead of the rest on CAC | No creator live or no ad reaches a read on CAC |
| Day 30 | Blended CAC trending toward $28.32 and tracking events reaching daily reporting | CAC above $28.32 with no winner in the last two test batches |
| Day 60 | Winners scaled and CAC at or below $28.32 on the added spend | Added spend lifts CAC above the $47.20 ceiling |
| Day 90 | Cohorts show repeat orders close to the one repeat order the ceiling assumes | Cohorts show no repeat orders; the ceiling falls to the first order |
Each gate is checked on its day with the numbers in the daily and weekly reports. If the stop condition is true, the spend stops and nothing renews until we talk.
What exists, what’s missing, and the order that’s forced.
| Piece | Exists today | Missing | Forced order |
|---|---|---|---|
| claims sheet | Pack wording: Research-Backed, 3rd Party Tested, Gluten-Free | Approved line list for ads | 1st |
| creative | Pumpkin Chai Triple-Support Protein: 454 reviews at 4.9 | Hook library and ad concepts per life stage | 2nd |
| creators | Mom Multi Support Pack for postpartum, up to 5 years after birth | Creator roster and briefs | Week 1 |
| landing pages | Quiz with a 15% off first-order offer | One page per life stage | 2nd |
| reporting | Subscription every 30 days, 15% off every order | Daily CAC and cohort payback view | Week 1 |
The order is forced on purpose: creative and creators come first because they are what moves CAC, and everything else waits for that data.

Month one is where it starts.
Week one: I read the tracking with your team, lock the claims sheet, brief the first creators and launch 12 ads at $250 each across the stage packs. Daily CAC against $28.32 starts on day one.
