Unboxing the Conception Support Pack
Box on the counter, label read out loud, then my own morning routine. No promises, just what is inside and when I take it.

Part 1 of 15
Summary
| Roster | Two creators join each week until 10 are live | Ramp over six weeks: creators live by week are 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Women in one Perelel stage, matched by product | Trying to Conceive, 1st Trimester, 3rd Trimester, Postpartum, Perimenopause: stages from Perelel's own list. |
| Production | 7 videos per creator per week | At 10 creators that is 303 creator videos a month, in five formats built on named Perelel packs. |
| Pay | Three bands, top cap $1,500 | Starter $300 base, $600 cap. Standard $500 base, $1,000 cap. Premium $800 base, $1,500 cap. |
| Bonus | $50 flat for a video past 100,000 views | One bonus per creator per month. Hitting the cap adds $300, $500 or $700 by band. |
| Compliance | Claims sheet plus disclosure on every post | Creators quote only lines copied word for word from Perelel's pages; drafts are checked before posting. |
| Category rule | Routine and label only, no health outcomes | Vitamins for pregnancy stages: no medical promises, no advice, no before-and-after. |
| Goal | $1 per 1,000 views | My target. The simulator starts at $5.74, so the first tests go after that gap. |
| Report | Every Monday | Videos, views, cost per 1,000 views and winning hooks, by creator and format. |
| Decision | Brand lead signs off the claims sheet and bands | Nothing goes live until the sheet is approved and the pay bands get a yes. |

Track record
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
Same playbook as at Tabs: creators first, a hook library, one variable per test, losers killed early, winners moved to paid. The category is different. Perelel sells vitamins for every stage of you, and I have not run this category. The claims sheet and the stage list are how I make up for it.

Why now
3,455
Reviews behind one 4.9 rating
A 4.9-star rating from 3,455 reviews is shown on Perelel's pages. Creators start with proof that customers already talk about the product.
Published454
Reviews on the Pumpkin Chai protein
Pumpkin Chai Triple-Support Protein is rated 4.9 out of 5 from 454 reviews. That is a ready first format for taste-led videos.
Published$10 million
A pledge to #FundWomensHealth
Perelel pledges $10 million to #FundWomensHealth. It gives creators a brand story to tell that is not a health promise.
Published15%
Subscribe and save, every month
Subscribers get 15% off every order, with free shipping on subscriptions over $39.50. A clean offer line for a creator to say.

Principles
One number to protect
The goal is $1 per 1,000 views. On my starting guesses the simulator reads $5.74, so the gap is on the page and the tests go after it.
One variable per test
Each creator posts 7 videos a week, and 10 creators make 303 a month. Change one thing per test: hook, opening or format. Losers killed early, winners go into the hook library.
Claims sheet before camera
Creators quote only lines copied word for word from Perelel's own pages, such as Doctor-made vitamins for every stage of you. Anything else is their own routine.
Pay has a ceiling
All 10 creators at the top cap cost $15,000 a month, bonuses excluded. A video past 100,000 views earns $50 flat, once per creator a month.

One channel for everything
#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
MarinaMon 8:30 AM
This week's brief: Conception Support Pack unboxing. Two hooks to test, one variable only. The claims sheet is pinned in #claims. Drafts due Wednesday.
BiaMon afternoon
Can I say the Mom Multi Support Pack gave me more energy?
No, that is a health outcome. Say it is recommended for women who are postpartum and/or breastfeeding, then show your own routine.
MarinaWed morning
Draft back to Carla: the Perimenopause Support Pack label is cut off in the opening. Reshoot with the box fully in frame and keep the same hook.
MarinaThu morning
Check before posting: disclosure is the first line of the caption, no before-and-after, no outcome promises. Reply done when it is true.
Done. Disclosure is first, and every claim matches the sheet.
Report botAppFri afternoon
Duda's Pumpkin Chai protein video passed 100,000 views on organic. The $50 flat bonus is queued, one per creator per month.
Report botAppNext Mon morning
Weekly report: videos posted by format, views, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target. Best hook so far: the label read. Full table in the dashboard.
MarinaNext Mon afternoon
Duda's video goes on the winners list. Duda, are you fine with it running as an ad? Pay for paid use is agreed before anything goes live.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Formats

Brief 01
Conception pack unboxing
“Here is what is inside the Conception Support Pack”
Box on a table, natural light. Open it on camera, read each item name aloud, show the label to the lens. One take, no music.

Brief 02
First trimester morning routine
“My first trimester morning, with the pack on the counter”
Kitchen counter, natural light. Show the 1st Trimester Prenatal Pack, tell your own routine, read one claims-sheet line, end on the box.

Brief 03
New mom one-handed routine
“One-handed morning with a baby, and my Mom Multi Support Pack”
Selfie angle, one hand on camera. Show the Mom Multi Support Pack on the shelf, then the label. Keep it real, no staging.

Brief 04
Perimenopause label read
“Reading my Perimenopause Support Pack label out loud”
Close-up on the Perimenopause Support Pack label. Read the line from the claims sheet, then show your own routine in one cut.

Brief 05
Daily trio desk routine
“My whole day starts with the Women’s Daily Vitamin Trio”
Desk or bathroom shelf, handheld. Show the Women’s Daily Vitamin Trio box, then each step in order, ending with the empty box.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Doctor-made vitamins for every stage of you”, “12-strain probiotic blend”, “Recommended For: Women who are planning for pregnancy or actively trying. Take 6-12 months in advance to help prepare.”. Product names are said as printed.

Recruiting
Four sources in
Creators already posting about Perelel
Reviews run to 4.9 stars on Pumpkin Chai Triple-Support Protein, so a warm audience exists. I start with creators who already mention Perelel.
Doulas and birth educators
Doulas, birth educators and prenatal fitness teachers whose audience already sits in one Shop By Stage group.
Fertility and egg freeze journeys
Creators documenting trying to conceive or an egg freeze. They fit the Conception Support Pack and the Egg Freeze Support Pack.
Affiliate or ambassador page
An affiliate or ambassador page was not found on the site, so I would build the first roster by direct outreach and not assume a program exists.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Stage match
Audience sits in one Shop By Stage group: trying, pregnant, postpartum or perimenopause.
2Reads a label aloud
A test video where the creator reads a product label word for word, with no extra claims.
3Clean claims history
No past posts promising health outcomes or giving medical advice.
4Original footage
Raw, handheld video that looks like a friend talking, not a studio ad.
5Takes a brief
Follows one variable per test and sends drafts before posting.
Part 7 of 15

Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
Never say it helps you get pregnant faster
A fertility outcome promise
Never say it fixes your hormones
A health outcome promise
Never say it replaces your doctor
Medical advice, which a creator cannot give
Never say it is safe in every pregnancy
A medical promise about individual cases
Never say it works better than other prenatal brands
A comparison the brand has not made
Never say the study result will happen for you
A study figure turned into a personal promise
To confirm with the brand
Held until someone on the brand side signs off.
Made using only clinically-backed ingredients in their most bioavailable formats.
An ingredient-evidence wording; I would use it only once the brand confirms how it may be shown.
20% off your first order*
The offer carries an asterisk, so creators need the exact terms and the code from the brand.
Part 10 of 15
Pay
Starter
$300–600
a month, by band
For creators with a small audience who prove one stage routine; lowest base pay and cap.
Bonus at the cap: $300
Standard
$500–1,000
a month, by band
For creators who already post steady stage content; mid base pay and cap.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500
a month, by band
For creators with a proven audience in one stage; top base pay and the highest cap.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator per month, however many videos pass the line.
- Per video: a video that passes 100,000 views earns $50 flat.
- Organic views only: views bought through paid spend do not count.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
On my starting guesses the program lands at $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1 target. It needs 4.2% of videos to go viral, or a median video of 21,711 views. Move the sliders to test my guesses.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Sheet signed, first briefs
Claims sheet approved, hook library started from the five formats, first creators briefed on the Conception Support Pack and the 1st Trimester Prenatal Pack.
Month 1
Ramp to ten
Two creators a week until 10 are live. Each posts 7 videos a week, one variable per test. Losers killed early.
Month 2
Full roster
10 creators make about 303 videos a month. First winning hooks go to the brand lead for paid testing; weak creators rotate out.
Month 3
Bands move on results
The best creators step up a band, the rest stay or leave. Cap bonuses and the $50 line are tracked in the Monday report.
Day 90
Read-out
Cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, which hooks and stages worked, and whether the roster, the bands or the whole idea continue.
Ceiling
The most this roster can cost
All 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded, is $15,000 a month. Going above that needs a new decision from you.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Organic to paid
From organic to paid
Post organic first
Every video goes up on the creator's own account with the disclosure line. No spend until it has run.
Flag the winners
Videos past the 100,000-view line, and hooks that beat the median, go to the winners list.
Get permission
The creator approves the video for paid use before I ask Perelel to run it. Pay for that use is agreed first.
Test in paid
Winning hooks run as ads, one variable per test, losers killed early, against the $1 target.
From the video to the checkout
- The Perelel quiz: take the quiz and get 15% off, for viewers who do not know their stage.
- Shop By Stage pages: Trying to Conceive, 1st Trimester, 2nd Trimester, 3rd Trimester, Postpartum, Perimenopause.
- The pack named in the video, such as the Conception Support Pack or the Mom Multi Support Pack.
- Subscribe & save 15%, with free shipping on subscriptions over $39.50.
- No retailer is listed in what I read, so the destination is Perelel's own site, not a shelf.
Part 15 of 15
Category rules
Rules for vitamins sold by stage
Perelel sells vitamins by stage, from Trying to Conceive to Perimenopause. These six rules apply to every creator on every post.
Disclose first
The first line of the caption says the post is a partnership. This applies to every Perelel post, organic included, and to every one of the 10 creators.
Claims sheet only
Quote only lines from the sheet, such as Doctor-made vitamins for every stage of you. Anything else is the creator's own routine, told as her own experience.
No health outcomes
No promise about fertility, pregnancy, hormones or symptoms. Health wording is only Perelel's own, attributed to Perelel.
No medical advice
Creators do not tell viewers what to take for their stage. They say to ask their own doctor before starting any pack.
No before-and-after
No body-change claims, no bump reveal or test result used as proof. A routine and a label read are the proof.
Offers as written
Say 15% off every order only as Perelel words it. The 20% first-order offer carries an asterisk, so the code and terms come from the brand before anyone mentions it.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
